Terms & Conditions of advertising on Costa Blanca Properties website.
1} Layout and copy.
1.1} Costa Blanca Properties reserves the right to determine the final design, layout and functionality of the Costa Blanca Properties website, all adverts must conform to the standard layout offered by Costa Blanca Properties.
1.2} Costa Blanca Properties will not be held responsible for inferior picture reproduction if the quality of the images supplied to us are not of a sufficiently high standard or any resultant loss sustained.
1.3} Costa Blanca Properties cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the design or positioning or the properties or changes made to photographs and copy submitted by the customer.
2} Accuracy.
2.1} Costa Blanca Properties cannot except any legal responsibility for the accuracy of the advertisements, or any alleged breaches of contract on an advertiser's part and the advertiser indemnifies Costa Blanca Properties against all costs, expenses and losses arising out of a claim relating to the content of an advertisement.
2.2} All advertisers should accurately describe their properties so as to conform with all
relevant Spanish, UK or world wide legislations or other associated legislations which may
be applicable. The advertiser agrees to indemnify Costa Blanca Properties against all claims
and costs arising out of any misleading information in the advertisement.
3} Photographic Materials.
3.1} All images supplied must be of the advertisers property or must be clearly identified as not being the actual property for sale and all associated images must be similarly marked. All images must accurately portray what they are claiming to represent.
4} Liability.
4.1} Costa Blanca Properties does not guarantee that the operation of the Costa Blanca Properties website will be interrupted or error free.
4.2} In no event shall Costa Blanca Properties be liable to the advertisers for any special, direct or indirect loss as a result of using Costa Blanca Properties.
5} Copyright.
5.1} The advertiser must ensure they have the right to reproduce any pictures or digital images, which they supply to us. The advertiser agrees to indemnify Costa Blanca Properties of all claims or costs arising from any infringement of copyright for such photographs, images or text.
5.2} All digital images produced by Costa Blanca Properties from photographs supplied by advertisers are the property of Costa Blanca Properties, and shall not be reproduced without permission.
5.3} Costa Blanca Properties cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertisers.
6} Exchanging Properties.
6.1} An advertisement relates to a specific property. The property in an advertisement may not be substituted by another property.
7} Advertising of property on each advertisement.
7.1} Each advertisement on Costa Blanca Properties website must only display an individual property. Only one property can appear on each advertisement.
8} Termination of advertising.
8.1} If advertisers wish to have their advertisements removed from the Internet before the end of the sale of the property, this will be done, but no refund will be given.
8.2} Costa Blanca Properties reserves the right to refuse any advertisement for the Costa Blanca Properties website, and will not be liable for any loss or expense in doing so.
8.3} If Costa Blanca Properties receives a complaint from a third party which Costa Blanca Properties, acting reasonably, consider is justified, or an advertiser knowingly misleads, misrepresents or misinforms a property, or engages in any unacceptable practise or is in breach of its obligations to Costa Blanca Properties, then Costa Blanca Properties reserves the right to remove the property from the Costa Blanca Properties website without notice and without refund.
9} Payment.
9.1} Payment for advertising must be in euros or British pounds at an exchange rate decided by Costa Blanca Properties.
10} Level of service.
10.1} Costa Blanca Properties will endeavour to upload new advertisements, and approve changes to advertisements as quickly as reasonably possible. However, we do not guarantee the speed that any advertisement will be placed on the website. Costa Blanca Properties will not be held responsible for any resultant loss caused by a delay in the advertisement being shown.
11} No Estate Agents. If we find out you are an estate agent we will remove your property (properties) without notice and without refund.
